BeLovedNC exists to address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of families affected by cancer. We plan to accomplish these goals by removing the barriers common to a plant based, whole food lifestyle and incorporating Faith into the healing process.

We chose the name BeLovedNC because in Ephesians 1:6 God tells us that as His children we are Beloved in Him. The word Beloved means esteemed, dear, favorite, worthy of love. It's a word indicating action on the part of the one doing the loving.  The God of the universe, the same God who paints a sunset and shapes a mountain has chosen to love us all unconditionally, not because of who we are, but because of Who He is.

Our role in this is to BE LOVED.
